• Site Plan 
  • Show location of where building will be placed
  • Show measurements of building as well as distance from property lines and other structures. 
  • Show location of septic system and drain lines
• Building Plans
  
  • If building is a Pre-Fabricated structure, engineered plans are required for approval. (Engineer Stamp must be on every page)
• Fill Permit Form (if applicable)
• Trade Affidavit Form - Required for all Sub-Contractors listed on Permit Application. 
• Elevation Certificate (if applicable)
• CAMA Permit (Waterfront property only)
