  • Show location of where Solar Array will be located
  • If Ground Mounted - list dimension of Array, as well as distance from property lines and other structures. 
  • Show location of septic system and drain lines (if applicable)
• Building Plans
• Septic Approval (if applicable) 
  • Albemarle Regional Health Services:  252-338-4460
• Trade Affidavit Form - Required for all Sub-Contractors listed on Permit Application. 
• Elevation Certificate (if applicable)
• CAMA Permit (Waterfront property only)
