    • Show dimensions of Sign,  as well as distance from property lines, roadways, and other structures. 
    • Show location of septic system and drain lines (if applicable)
  • Sign Plans
  • Septic Approval (if applicable) 
    • Albemarle Regional Health Services:  252-338-4460
  • Trade Affidavit Form - Required for all Sub-Contractors listed on Permit Application. 
  • Elevation Certificate (if applicable)
  • CAMA Permit (Waterfront property only)
  • Property Taxes must be paid in full at time of Application.
