Starting April 1, 2024, Camden Public Library is moving from CloudLibrary to E-iNC! E-iNC is a digital library on the Libby App.
Libby was designed to make finding, borrowing, and enjoying free eBooks, audiobooks, comics, and magazines easier than ever. As part of E-iNC Digital Library, you will access to over 30 North Carolina public library systems e-resources.
Unlike CloudLibrary, Libby is accessible through all devices, even Kindle PaperWhites.
All you need to get started is a EARL Library Card and a 4-digit pin number.
How to use Libby
- The first time you open Libby, you'll be prompted to find your library (Find EAST ALBEMARLE REGIONAL LIBRARY). Add your library card and 4-digit pin number. If you had signed up for a library at Camden County Public Library, your assigned pin number is usually the last 4-digits of your phone number. If you cannot remember your pin number or need one assigned, please give your library a call at 252-331-2543 for assistance.
- Now you can browse your library's collection of ebooks and audiobooks or search for a specific title, author, or series.
- When you borrow a book, it's added to your Loans (on your Shelf). You can start reading or listening in the Libby App, or send a book to a Kindle device (U.S. libraries only).
- Books are automatically returned on their due dates, so you never need to worry about late fees. You can return books early before their due date by choosing Return.
- If you're interested in a book that isn't available right away, you can place a hold and be added to a wait list. Once the book is available, it'll be automatically borrowed and added to your Shelf.
- You are limited to 5 loans and 5 holds.
PaperWhite Inclusive
Kindle Paperwhites can access the E-iNC Digital Library.

- From your Amazon account, select "Send to Paperwhite" and you're on your way!
Happy reading!
