Permits

*** IMPORTANT *** We are transitioning to a fillable-pdf system for permitting and will be going away from Cognito forms at the end of July 2021.  If you have any applications from Cognito bookmarked, they will no longer work after that time. ***

• Permits may be applied for online by clicking here
  • Scroll down and find the appropriate permit type and click its link
  • Read the instructions on the page (permit requirements, supplemental documents required, etc)
  • Click the application link
    • Application link will take applicant to a fillable-pdf to apply for permit. 
    • Fill in form, select any appropriate selections (items with red borders are required)
    • Any items with red borders that are N/A, either select or type N/A or enter a 0 if it is a numeric field
    • If applicable, download and fill out Fill Permit, then scan form to digital format or take picture of both sides with smartphone
      • Email form pdf or pictures with your application
    • Print your application, sign and date it, then scan it to a pdf using your copier if you have that ability, or take pictures of it front and back with a smartphone

    • We will process your application and notify you when it is ready.
