The Camden County Board of Commissioners will meet in the boardroom of the Camden Public Library on November 4, 2024 at 7:00 PM for its Regular Meeting.  The Board of Commissioners will also convene as the South Camden Water & Sewer District Board of Directors during the Regular Meeting.

Notice is hereby given that the Camden County Board of Commissioners will hold public hearings beginning at 5:30 PM on November 6, 2024 in the boardroom of the Camden Public Library located at 118 North Carolina Highway 343 North in Camden, North Carolina for the following:

Consideration of amending the conditional use permit (UDO 2010-08-17) and development agreement (Ordinance No. 2010-12-01), for the property described in the Camden County records as having the Parcel ID number 01.7081.00.03.6230.000 and 01.7071.00.74.7921.000.  The property is zoned Planned Development (PD). A draft copy of the proposed amended conditional use permit and development agreement is available on the Camden County website at www.camdencountync.gov and at the Office of the Clerk to the Camden County Board of Commissioners, 330 East Hwy 158, Camden, North Carolina 27921. 

Regardless of whether the County approves amending the development agreement and the conditional use permit, the property will remain zoned as Planned Development (PD).

All interested parties are invited to attend this meeting to speak regarding this item.
