Closed Session: 6:00 PM Pursuant to NCGS 143-318.11 (a)(6) for the discussion of matters relating to personnel.

Public Hearings (to take place during 7:00 PM session):

  • Pursuant to NCGS 159-12 (b), for the purpose of receiving public input regarding the Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Budget and the 2019-2023 Capital Improvement Program, which have been submitted to the Board of Commissioners for consideration and filed with the Clerk.  A copy of the FY 18-19 Budget is kept on file for public inspection in the Clerk’s office located at 330 East Hwy 158 Camden, NC.   
  • Pursuant to NCGS 158-7.1 (d), for the purpose of receiving public input regarding the fee simple sale of 6.52 acres of property located in the Camden Commerce Park, 2440 US 17 North, South Mills, NC  27976.  The property to be conveyed is valued at $143,440.00 with the proposed consideration of $143,440.00.  It is Camden County's intention to approve the sale of the above-described property for the consideration recited, to Coastal Homes LLC, a Virginia Limited Liability Company.
