Pursuant to Article 151.2.2.6 of the Camden County Unified Development Ordinance, the Camden County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 4, 2022 at 7:00 PM or soon thereafter as the agenda will allow. The meeting will be held in the upstairs courtroom of the Historic Camden County Courthouse. On the agenda is the Land Use Application UDO# 2021-08-019 and Ordinance 2022-04-01.
The Preliminary Plan for Keeter Barn Landing Conservation Subdivision consists of 37 single-family units on approximately 41.75 acres located off Keeter Barn Road and US Hwy 17 in South Mills Township.
