AVERY FAMILY REV. TRUST

Pursuant to Article 151.2.2.6 of the Camden County Unified Development Ordinance, the Camden County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 5, 2021 at 7:00 PM or soon thereafter as the agenda will allow.  The meeting will be held in the upstairs courtroom of the Historic Camden County Courthouse.  On the agenda for consideration is Ordinance 2021-03-01, a rezoning application (UDO 2020-12-14) from Avery Family Rev. Trust to rezone two parcels of land, approximately 89 acres, located off One Mill Road and Riggs Road in Shiloh Township.  The request is for a zoning map amendment from Planned Development (PD) and Working Lands (WL) to Suburban Residential (SR).

The public is invited to attend and make comments to the board. After the public hearing any changes may be made to the application.

CAMDEN SOLAR LLC

Pursuant to Article 151.2.2.6 of the Camden County Unified Development Ordinance, the Camden County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 5, 2021 at 7:00 PM or soon thereafter as the agenda will allow.  The meeting will be held in the upstairs courtroom of the Historic Camden County Courthouse.  On the agenda for consideration is the Special Use Permit Application (UDO 2021-02-03) to amend the days of operation for the Solar Farm from Camden Solar LLC.  The Solar Farm is located at the intersection of Sand Hills Road and South Hwy 343 in Courthouse Township.
