Pursuant to Article 151.2.2.6 of the Camden County Unified Development Ordinance, the Camden County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 6, 2020 at 7:00 PM or soon thereafter as the agenda will allow in the upstairs courtroom of the Historic Camden County Courthouse on Ordinance 2020-02-01, a rezoning application (UDO 2020-01-16) from Clarann Mansfield to rezone 1 acre of land located at 146 Belcross Road in Courthouse Township from Working Lands (WL) to Suburban Residential (SR).
The public is invited to attend this meeting and make comments to the Board.
A copy of the complete application may be reviewed in the Camden County Planning Office.
Substantial changes to the application may be made after the public hearing.
