Pursuant to Article 151.2.2.6 of the Camden County Unified Development Ordinance, please be advised the Camden County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 2, 2020 at 7:00 PM or soon thereafter as the agenda will allow in the upstairs courtroom of the Historic Camden County Courthouse on a major amendment to Camden Plantation PUD Master Plan approved under (UDO 2010-08-17) on February 11, 2011. Proposed Amendment shifts the Commercial property to the north on adjacent land.
The public is invited to attend and make comments to the board.
A copy of the Proposed Amendment may be reviewed in the Camden County Planning Office.
