Pursuant to NCGS 159-12(b), the Camden County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 3, 2019 at 7:00 PM or as thereafter as the agenda will allow in the Historic Courthouse located at 117 NC Hwy 343 North in Camden, NC for the purpose of receiving public input regarding the Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Budget, which has been submitted to the Board of Commissioners and filed with the clerk.  A copy of the FY 19-20 Budget is kept on file for public inspection in the clerk’s office located at 330 East Highway 158 in Camden, NC. 

Pursuant to Article 151.2.2.6 of the Camden County Unified Development Ordinance, the Camden County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 3, 2019 at 7:00 PM or soon thereafter as the agenda will allow in the upstairs courtroom of the Historic Camden County Courthouse on an application from Daniel Cartwright for Preliminary Plat Phase II Sleepy Hollow Estates (10 lots).  Property located adjacent to New Sawyers Creek Church off Sleepy Hollow Road in Courthouse Township.  The public is invited to attend this meeting and make comments to the Board.  A copy of the complete application/site plan may be reviewed in the Camden County Planning Office.

Pursuant to Article 151.2.2.6 of the Camden County Unified Development Ordinance, the Camden County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 3, 2019 at 7:00 PM or soon thereafter as the agenda will allow in the upstairs courtroom of the Historic Camden County Courthouse on Ordinance No. 2019-03-01 Zoning Map Amendment (UDO 2019-03-04) from Keeter Barn, LLC.  Applicant requesting to rezone approximately 42 acres from Highway Commercial (HC) to Village Residential (VR) on property located at the intersection of U.S. 17 and Keeter Barn Road in South Mills Township. The public is invited to attend this meeting and make comments to the Board.  A copy of the complete application may be reviewed in the Camden County Planning Office.
