Notice of Public Hearing
Pursuant to Article 151.2.2.6 of the Camden County Unified Development Ordinance, the Camden County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing at 7:00 pm on Monday, August 5, 2024 or soon thereafter as the agenda will allow. The meeting will be held in the Board Room of the Camden Public Library located at 118 North Carolina Hwy 343 N. On the agenda for consideration is the Special Use Permit application for the Major Commercial Site Plan of the Treasure Point Extension Center (UDO 2024-05-115) located at 123 Treasure Point Rd. A copy of the plans and supporting documentation is available at the Camden County Planning Department. For more information call the Planning Department at 252-338-1919 ext. 235. The public is invited to attend and make comments to the board. Any changes to the application may be made after the public hearing.
