NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Article 151.2.2.6 of the Camden County Unified Development Ordinance, the Camden County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Monday July 1, 2024 at 7:00 PM or soon thereafter as the agenda will allow. The meeting will be held in the Board Room of the Camden County Library Building at 118 NC Hwy 343 N. On the agenda of the public hearing is Ordinance Number 2024-07-01, a rezoning application (UDO Number 2024-03-110) for the rezoning of 8.8 acres of property located at 312 Sleepy Hollow Road, Courthouse Township from Neighborhood Residential Zoning District to Highway Commercial Zoning District. The public is invited to attend and make comments to the board. After the public hearing any changes may be made to the application.
