Pursuant to Article 151.2.2.6 of the Camden County Unified Development Ordinance, the Camden County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 7, 2023 at 7:00 PM or soon thereafter as the agenda will allow. The meeting will be held in the boardroom of the Camden County Library Building at 118 NC Hwy 343 N. On the agenda for consideration is Ordinance 2023-08-01, a Text Amendment application (UDO 2023-04-032). The purpose of this Text Amendment Ordinance is for clarification of the language in the Camden County Code of Ordinances of Camden County, NC. The meeting will be livestreamed to the county website and a copy of the plans and supporting documentation are available at the Camden County Planning Office or from the Camden County Website (camdencountync.gov) on the home page. The public is invited to attend and make comments to the board. After the public hearing any changes may be made to the application.
