N.C. Cooperative Extension is hosting several classes throughout the year called Cooking with the Seasons to help you learn to eat with the seasons. Classes will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and have a $15.00 registration fee which includes lunch, hands-on cooking, delicious recipes, and a ton of fun!
February 15, 2019 - Hands-on root vegetable cooking class.
April 19, 2019 - Learn to season your dishes with fresh and spices instead of salt.
