Do you enjoy learning new and exciting ways to cook? Are you always sharing recipes with your friends or on social media? North Carolina Cooperative Extension is currently seeking community members to serve as volunteers in the new Extension Master Food Volunteer (EMFV) program. This program is designed to provide volunteers with the education and opportunity to support their local community and Extension Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) agents with food-related programming.

Cooperative Extension Offices in Currituck and Camden Counties will be holding a 30-hour training which includes ten classes on topics related to cooking, nutrition, food safety, and good availability. For more information on how to apply and cost, please click here
